1. Overview

Fullston Tanks is committed to providing high-quality, custom-fabricated stainless-steel tanks. Due to the nature of our products, including custom fabrication and made-to-order specifications, this policy outlines strict conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be considered.

2. Change of Mind

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for change of mind.


This includes but is not limited to:
โ€ข Incorrect selection at time of purchase
โ€ข No longer requiring the product
โ€ข Personal preference changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring all product details, specifications, and suitability are confirmed prior to purchase.

3. Custom Orders

All Fullston Tanks products are considered custom-made or made-to-order.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on custom tanks under any circumstances, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

This includes tanks fabricated to:
โ€ข Specific dimensions
โ€ข Orientation preferences (left/right)
โ€ข Customer-provided specifications or tray measurements

4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the ACL.

You may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product:
โ€ข Has a major failure
โ€ข Is not of acceptable quality
โ€ข Is not fit for its intended purpose
โ€ข Does not match the description provided

In such cases, Fullston Tanks reserves the right to assess the product and determine the appropriate remedy in line with legal obligations.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty or damaged:
โ€ข You must notify Fullston Tanks within 48 hours of receiving the product
โ€ข Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue

Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.

All claims will be assessed, and where valid, a repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in accordance with ACL.

6. Installation & Use

No liability is accepted for:
โ€ข Incorrect installation by customer
โ€ข Damage caused during installation
โ€ข Misuse, modification, or improper handling

Any damage resulting from the above will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable.

Once production has commenced, full payment is required and no cancellations or refunds will be issued, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
